How to secure this offer

  • The offer starts at just £80 per room per night when selecting at least two nights, and is bookable only through our website.

    The offer is not available on Fridays and Saturdays, though our 'Weekend Away' rate offers a different deal.

    3. If there's availability, choose the ‘Autumn Getaway’ rate.

    4. Complete the steps to finalise your booking.

    5. To extend your stay, simply add additional nights.

  • Absolutely! You’ll just need to select additional nights on the booking engine, see steps above.

    For longer stays, or stays during the weekend, select our 'Weekend Away', 'Mini Break' or 'Long Break' rates. The longer you stay, the lower the price.

  • Dogs are very welcome at Greendale Teahouse & Rooms. So, your well-behaved pup can be part of the experience. There will be a charge of £10 per dog per night and we'll even provide a comfy doggy bed if you haven’t brought your own.
    You should let us know when you make your booking – and be aware space for pooches is strictly subject to availability.

  • Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge of the full price of the offer. We always advise customers to purchase cancellation / travel insurance before booking their stay.

  • Your room will be ready from 14:00 and we kindly ask you to arrive by 17:00. If you’re planning to come earlier, just give us a shout – if your room’s ready, we’d be happy to let you settle in at no extra cost!

    Check-out is by 10:00 (10:00am), so you’ll need to pop your things in the car and hand back the room key by then. This helps us get everything shipshape for the next guests.

    If you fancy a little more time to enjoy your morning, we do offer late check-out until 13:00 (1:00pm) for just £15 – just let us know at least a day before!
